So, my sister, Marilyn, reminded me recently that I forgot to mention in my last post about an embarrassing moment that I had in Mojave, which in turn reminded me that I needed to get the rest of the pictures out of the camera from that same trip. (Was that the longest run-on sentence ever?!)
Here's the story..... I was following Keira around camp trying to get pictures of her while Billy and the boys were out riding. I was looking at the pictures on the camera that I had been taking, when all of a sudden..... wham! I walked right into the extremely sharp needles/leaves of a Yucca tree. Really, it wasn't really like a "wham", it was more like "stab, stab, stab, etc." There's a picture of the tree, too, don't worry. Oh man, it hurt so bad, I was bleeding from several spots on my head. Billy had warned the kids (and me) about being careful around those trees when we first got there, telling us how sharp they are. I was trying to get sympathy for the next few days, to no avail, until I got home to my mother-in-law, who checked for needle slivers in my scalp. Aaahhhh, how sweet!
So anyways, there it is, my embarrassing moment that nobody saw but I felt compelled to share. I have another one for a later time about skirts flying up for the whole highway to see, but sorry, no pictures on that one!!

Ouch!!! Gina you know how to do it up! I can just picture you doing that. So funny!
Thanks?! LOL!!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I had my visor on, so that probably saved my head from even more stabs.
LOL Are you really going to share the embar-ass-ing moment story on here? You're brave!
The pics are so cute, especially the one on Riley and Casse. That's framable!
Growing up in Arizona, we were all schooled in the ways of cacti. We had these jumping cactus that would LITERALLY jump off of the plant and onto your bare skin if you got too close. No joke!
