My Baby's Girlfriend

Okay, I need to make this fast, we need to start watching the Smallville season premiere before it gets too late and I fall asleep on the couch. I have two cute kid stories:
Zane was telling me last night that he wanted to make a picture for his girlfriend in his class. (He's in Kindergarten, mind you.) I was curious since I wasn't aware that he had a girlfriend, so I asked him what her name was, to which he replied that he didn't know. "Well, Zano, you're not a very good boyfriend if you can't even remember her name!" I said. He quickly tells me, "But Mom, when I saw her walk into the classroom, she was so beautiful!" Aaawwww, what a sweety, but then I asked him if she was just beautiful on the outside or if she was beautiful on the inside as well. He melted my heart when he said, "Mom, she's real pretty on the outside, but she's always helping kids in the class, so that makes her beautiful on the inside, too." I just want to smooch all over him when he says cute things like that!
My second story is about Keira. Poor fourth child gets neglected all the time, so I figured I'd better share some cute things she does. Keira is 16 months old and has a few select phrases that always seem to crack us up. Apparently, we play a lot of "Slug Bug" in the car (whenever one of us sees a VW Bug, we yell, "slug bug" and then softly punch the person next to us in the arm). Well anyways, we'll be driving around town and randomly and repeatedly, Keira will yell, "Bug Bug!" It always makes us laugh, even the kids get into hysterics over it. She also likes to say, "No, no, no, no." I went to check on her when she went around the corner in our driveway and she thought I was going to get her and bring her in the house. She started running away from me while saying, "No, no, no, no," the whole way down our driveway. She was happy when I didn't take her in, but she still had her typical scowl on her face when she realized that I just wanted to play with her, like she didn't believe me. I swear, that girl's gonna have frown lines before she's five!
Okay, that's it.... Smallville time!! Clark Kent, here I come!!!

Too cute! Autumn says "no" all the time, even when she means yes.

How was Smallville?
