except Zane didn't really like having his picture taken that day (notice head in the hands with grumpy face).

We went to our church's Harvest Festival. I was a construction worker, Casse was a princess, Keira was a pumpkin, Zane was a Fire-Chef-Vampire (he couldn't decide which one he wanted to be so he was all three), Riley was a pirate, and Billy surprised us and he was Quasimodo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame).

Riley traded in his old 50cc motorcycle and quad and made the big jump to a 110cc motorcycle and 80cc quad. His motorcycle is bigger (engine wise) than mine now and that makes me really teary-eyed. He's growing up so fast.....
Casse learned how to ride her bicycle without training wheels, too! She was so proud. She was probably ready a while ago, but we just kept putting it off. Poor third kid!

My dad came for a quick visit from Oregon. It was really good to see him and some other family that I haven't seen for a long time.

Funny, i have on my to-do list that I want to do an "October" blog because so much happened...
Okay, so Amber hasn't mastered no training wheels because we haven't taken time to show her...Pathetic! What does that say?...she's 5 and the FIRST child!
Your tree by the front door is looking good. I remember when you first blogged about it. : )
